Interactive agency earns award for Alltel "Step By Step" customer support site

ATLANTA (December 01, 2008) - THINK Interactive, Inc., an Atlanta-based interactive marketing agency, announces today that it has won the IMA (Interactive Media Awards) Outstanding Achievement Award for redesigning Alltel’s customer support website, "Step By Step."

The Outstanding Achievement award is the second-highest honor bestowed by IMA and an extremely challenging award to win. "The Step By Step website excelled in all areas of judging criteria and represented a very high standard of planning, execution and overall professionalism," states IMA.

The focus of Alltel’s handset support website redesign was to creatively engage and educate customers about using the features and functions of their Alltel wireless device.

He believes the win was due to the unique research methods and smart design by the agency. "Not only is it a win for THINK, it's a win for Alltel and its customers as well."
